  • The course will be divided into 16 sections. Each section will have mini lessons. The sections are designed in a way that will build your knowledge and help you move progressively.

The course will run over 16 weeks. So each week you will have between 45 minutes - 3 hours of information to soak up!

After each section there will be a short multiple choice quiz for you to complete. This quiz is just for you- a tool used as a guide, to see where you are up to and check the information you have been able to retain.

Over the course we will meet as a group on zoom for one hour, several times so you have the chance to ask questions and solidify your understanding. If you miss the zoom, it will be pre-recorded so you won’t miss out and can watch back at your own convenience.

  • After the 16 weeks you would have completed 30 hours of anatomy that you can add to your Yoga Alliance certifications. You will feel confident in your cueing, your modifications and your class planning in regards to anatomy and injury modification.

I am available after the training for questions in the future, once you start to put all that is learnt into practice.

  • The course is a mixture of pre-recorded content, 3x one hour pre recorded yoga classes (so you can see how the content can be put into practice), quizzes after each section, a working note book and live Q&A zoom sessions.
